Dokonanie rezerwacji wymaga uiszczenia przedpłaty na kwotę równą 100% wartości pobytu. Rezerwacje można bezkosztowo anulować do 5 dni przed przyjazdem, wówczas wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w całości. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji w okresie krótszym niż 5 dni lub w przypadku niedojazdu, przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w wysokości 70% wartości pobytu. Przedpłaty można dokonać podając dane karty kredytowej/ debetowej, z użyciem BLIKA lub za pomocą szybkich płatności online.
