Rezerwacje można bezkosztowo anulować do 5 dni przed przyjazdem, wówczas wpłacona przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w całości. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji w okresie krótszym niż 5 dni lub w przypadku niedojazdu, przedpłata zostanie zwrócona w wysokości 70% wartości pobytu.
